Cancel within 24 hours of registering, get a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancel by October 26th, 2025, and receive a 80% refund, minus processing fees. Cancel by January 26th, 2026, and receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees. Cancel by April 26th, 2026, and receive a 25% refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations after April 26th, 2026, will not be eligible for refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else until May 26th, 2026.

All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. In the unlikely scenario that the meeting needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, full registration credit toward a future event will be provided.


Travel Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and any additional rooms for family or friends. This includes any fees resulting from changes or cancellations to those bookings.
